The launch of the Sales TrAnsfoRmation (STAR) programme last year is empowering sales teams to streamline growth through data insights and digital tools, while the Finance 4.0 programme is harnessing data to improve inventory, supply and production chain management.
As the Group strengthens its operational agility from within, it is also investing in key market segments and majority stakes in promising brands. This is demonstrated by the Group’s most recent partnerships and equity investments such as those with La Hechicera, St. Petroni and Ojo de Tigre.
