From the outset, Pernod Ricard has harnessed the potential of decentralisation to encourage consumer-centric decision-making and address customer needs in a timely manner. Decentralisation confers a competitive advantage in an uncertain environment, as we know it today with the Covid-19 pandemic, rendering company operations more flexible, efficient and effective. With an organisation based on respect for each affiliate’s operational autonomy and the overall strategic principles defined at Group level, we can confidently rely on the constant interaction between Headquarters, Brand Companies and Market Companies.
